Partner Mark Konkel authored an article in a newsletter published by the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC) entitled “The Problem with “Fit”: Legal Risks and Best Practices”.  The article explored employers’ use of the word “fit” in hiring and recruiting practices and ask what is really meant by “fit”, how useful of a concept is it, and the legal risks in citing “fit” as a reason for an employer rejecting a candidate.
