The program created will provide pro bono legal services to the nonprofit law-related organizations that received grants from the Foundation. Prior to the institution of this program, the principal role of most Fellows on behalf of the Foundation has been providing financial support and grants to legal services organizations and soliciting grant applications. This additional entity will add a new dimension to the Foundation, making it more attractive to potential donors by making available to grant applicants the legal counsel and guidance from an experienced and talented group of advisors.
