The article, “Do alligators and crocodiles provide a blueprint for protecting commercial trade in wildlife?”, discusses the impact that a preliminary injunction against the State of California in the case of Paris v. Becerra will have on the commercial importation, possession with intent to sell, and sale of alligators, crocodiles, and their parts and products within the state.
