The article focused on the issue of whether a federal court can exercise jurisdiction over foreign corporations with a principal place of business in the United States. The article also discussed the diversity requirements of 28 U.S.C. Section 1332(a)(3), as well as the case titled Caribbean Telcom. Ltd v. Guyana Tel. & Tel. Co. Ltd. and its impact on international law in the District of New Jersey.
