co-authored "Closing The Gender Pay Gap: Salary History - A New Recruiting Taboo" in the Fall 2017 National Association of Legal Search Consultants Newsletter. The article discusses laws prohibiting inquiries into applicant’s salary history as a way to close gender-pay gap. The authors illustrate the movement towards pay equity, a movement that began in 2015, when California passed the California Fair Pay Act, and provides pragmatic strategies to operate in today’s legal employment landscape.
