Partner John Dellaportas authored the New York Law Journal article, “Arbitrating Against Non-Signatories: The Current State of Play.”  The article discusses how courts have cited common law principles as supporting arbitral jurisdiction over a non-signatory to an arbitration clause in a contract signed by other parties as recognized in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit decision in Thomson-CSF, S.A. v. American Arbitration Association.
