Kelley Drye Represents Family Services Non-Profit in Recent Merger

Kelley Drye represented pro bono the Center for Hope, Inc. as it merged with Family Centers, Inc., a multi-faceted, non-profit human service organization based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Over the past several years Kelley Drye has provided a range of legal services to the Center for Hope, a Darien-based agency that provides counseling and guidance for adults and children facing life threatening illnesses or grieving a death and coping with the related trauma. The Center for Hope will continue as a program of Family Centers, in conjunction with its Den for Grieving Kids, a counseling program aimed specifically for children.
