In an article, "Major Tech, Law Firms Sign on to JMU Business Contest but Deadline for Registration Near," Daily News-Record noted that Kelley Drye and Lockheed Martin are sponsors of the James Madison University's (JMU) Sustainable Business Plan competition.
The contest is open to independent business ventures in the "seed, start-up or early growth stages, whose business plan demonstrates a strong sustainability component." Kelley Drye will provide free legal corporate representation for the winning plan. The article stated that the "additional support from these two prestigious firms helps position the winning plan for incredible success."
