Of Counsel Jodie Z. Bernstein Appointed Senior Fellow to the Administrative Conference of the United States

After serving on the Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS) for two years, Kelley Drye of counsel Jodie Z. Bernstein has been named a Senior Fellow. The Conference was created in 1968 as an independent agency of the federal government, for the purpose of developing recommendations to improve the fairness and effectiveness of the rulemaking, adjudication, licensing, and investigative functions of federal agency programs.

Notably, Ms. Bernstein joins Senior Fellows including three Supreme Court Justices, federal officials from Executive Branch departments and agencies, as well as independent regulatory boards and commissions, private lawyers, university professors, and other experts in administrative law and government.
