Kelley Drye Represents Creditors’ Committee in Romano’s Macaroni Grill Bankruptcy

On October 30, 2017, Kelley Drye & Warren LLP was selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Romano’s Macaroni Grill.  On October 18, 2017, the company commenced chapter 11 proceedings in Delaware.  Currently owned by RedRock, Romano’s Macaroni Grill operates 93 restaurants after closing 37 locations prior to bankruptcy.

The creditors’ committee includes Aramark Uniform & Career Apparel, Casual Dining Cool Springs, Chas P. Young Company, Darrell Evans, J. Nazzaro Partnership, NCR Corporation and Simon Property Group.
