March 21, 2017

On March 17, 2017, Kelley Drye & Warren LLP was selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of General Wireless Operations Inc. DBA RadioShack. On March 10, 2017, the company commenced chapter 11 proceedings in the District of Delaware. This marks the second bankruptcy for RadioShack in less than two years.

The case is pending before the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon.
