Kelley Drye Represents Access Integrated Technologies in Private Placement of Notes

Kelley Drye represented Access Integrated Technologies, Inc. in the completion of a private placement of $55 million in 10% senior unsecured notes. AccessIT plans to use proceeds of the transaction for, among other things, the expansion of its digital cinema rollout plan - a 4000-screen deployment which is currently the largest of its kind in the world. Kelley Drye regularly counsels AccessIT, the industry leader in providing theater operators a studio-backed fully networked digital cinema system. Its digital cinema system provides feature films and alternative content in theaters via satellite and expands box office sales. Kelley Drye also represents the company’s subsidiaries, including its alternative content division, The Bigger Picture, which offers channels of programming including Kidtoons, Faith Based, Music and Anime.
