Kelley Drye Receives Top Rating in Human Rights Campaign - Corporate Equality Index

The Human Rights Campaign gave Kelley Drye the maximum possible score in its 2011 Corporate Equality Index. The non-profit organization distributed extensive surveys and rated 615 leading businesses in the United States on the adoption of inclusive policies, practices and benefits for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees.

Kelley Drye scored 100 out of 100 possible points in areas including non-discrimination policies, diversity training, parity in insurance benefits, domestic partner health insurance, employer-supported resource groups, and support of LBGT community events and organizations. The ABA Journal reported on the survey results, noting the legal industry as a whole received the highest ratings.
