Kelley Drye Elects Three New Partners and Special Counsel

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is pleased to announce that Pamela Bruzzese-Szczygiel and Lauri A. Mazzuchetti have become partners and Robert L. LeHane has become special counsel, effective as of July 1, 2008.

Pamela Bruzzese-Szczygiel, resident in the New York office, focuses on corporate and banking law, particularly corporate trust. She represents major institutions acting as indenture trustees, collateral agents and escrow agents in transactions such as structuring new financings, restructurings, bankruptcy reorganizations and securities issuances. Mrs. Bruzzese-Szczygiel has been a member of the New Jersey bar since 1999 and the New York bar since 2000. In 1999, she received her J.D. from New York University and in 1996, her B.A., magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Brooklyn College.

Lauri A. Mazzuchetti, resident in the Parsippany office, focuses on commercial litigation, class action defense and employment litigation, including defense of discrimination, breach of contract and related claims. She regularly defends consumer-oriented class action suits, in both federal and state courts in a multitude of jurisdictions, which allege statutory and common law fraud. Ms. Mazzuchetti has been a member of the New Jersey bar since 2000. In 1999, she received her J.D. from Seton Hall University and in 1996, her B.A. from Rutgers University.

Robert L. LeHane, resident in the New York office, focuses on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and corporate reorganization. Mr. LeHane represents landlords, secured and unsecured creditors and creditor committees in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He also has extensive experience representing owners, managing agents and developers of shopping centers in retail bankruptcy cases and has been involved in dozens of retail bankruptcy cases throughout the United States. Mr. LeHane has been a member of the New York and New Jersey bars since 1999. He received his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1998, where he received the Robert J. Connelly Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and was editor of the Human Rights Law Review. He received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany in 1990.
