Kelley Drye & Warren LLP has announced the appointment of David E. Fink as Managing Partner of the Los Angeles office and Lee S. Brenner as the Practice Group Leader for the firm’s Media and Entertainment Practice.
Mr. Fink's practice focuses on business, employment, entertainment and intellectual property litigation, including cases involving First Amendment, trademark, copyright and idea submission. Kelley Drye has roots deep in the Southern California legal community, and as Office Managing Partner, Mr. Fink will build on the office’s history of delivering results for clients and drive strategic growth initiatives.
Mr. Brenner serves as counsel for his wide range of clients in media and entertainment, while also contributing to the development of an aggressive business plan for the Media and Entertainment practice. His efforts will ensure the continuing growth of the firm’s presence in the entertainment industry.
Andrew M. White, who had been the Los Angeles Office Managing Partner for more than 4 years, was instrumental in merging Kelley Drye & Warren LLP with White O'Connor Fink & Brenner LLP in 2010. Mr. White was a founding member of the Los Angeles office of White O’Connor, and he will continue to have an integral role in Kelley Drye firm management as a member of the Executive Committee.
