The Stamford Advocate, New Canaan News, The Connecticut Post and Danbury New Times published the article, "New Canaan Man Chairs Kelley Drye & Warren Law Firm." The feature story reported partner Paul McCurdy was elected chair of Kelley Drye. The article stated, "The law firm of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP has learned to adapt with the times during its 176 years, and its new chairman expects to lead more changes as it counsels clients dealing with new government regulations and a fluid business climate."
In addition to describing the firm and its history, the article quoted Mr. McCurdy on the firm's culture of teamwork and collegiality. It noted Mr. McCurdy serves as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers and New York Stock Exchange. The article also quoted John M. Callagy, the firm's first chair, who held the role from 1992. Mr. Callagy commented on the firm's tradition of excellence in legal services to clients, and how this would continue in the future with Mr. McCurdy's leadership.
