The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Reports on Kelley Drye Representation in Fuller Brush Case

In the article, ​“Kelley Drye Selected to Represent Creditors in Fuller Brush Bankruptcy,” The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel reported Kelley Drye is counsel of the official committee of unsecured creditors. Fuller Brush, and its parent, CPAC, Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the Southern District of New York. The publication noted a U.S. trustee appointed a three-member committee, which retained Kelley Drye as its counsel.

Founded in 1906, the Fuller Brush salesmen made the company an iconic brand. Since then, its business has grown to more than 2,000 home and business cleaning, and personal care products manufactured at Fuller Brush’s 600,000 square foot manufacturing facility, near Great Bend, Kansas.

The publication noted partners James S. Carr and Eric R. Wilson and associate Kristin S. Elliott are representing the unsecured creditors in this matter.
