The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Notes Arrival of Two New Attorneys

The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel reported partner Bruce R. Kraus and special counsel Michael S. Kosmas have joined Kelley Drye.

The article reported that Mr. Kraus joins the corporate practice group in New York, where he works on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, capital market transactions and corporate restructurings. He previously worked at the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission at a senior level, where he focused on rulemaking and related economic and litigation matters. Prior to his public service, Mr. Kraus was a partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.

The publication noted Mr. Kosmas is working in the Washington, D.C. office in global hospitality and leisure, regional real estate and national/local government affairs. Previously a partner and co-chair of the global hospitality/leisure practice at Gallop, Johnson & Neuman, L.C., Mr. Kosmas counseled diverse international and domestic clients including hotel brands, owners and operators, private equity funds and developers.
