The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Interviews Partner Michael C. Lynch on Litigation Practice

Partner Michael C. Lynch participated in The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel interview titled ​“Winning Litigation While Maximizing Certainty And Cost-Effectiveness,” which appears in the January 2014 issue. Mr. Lynch discusses his recent appointment to Chair of Kelley Drye’s 100 member Litigation Practice Group. In the article, Mr. Lynch speaks of the group’s current vision, the role of technology in Kelley Drye’s litigation practice, popular litigation trends such as up-ticks in class actions and patent litigation, the use of early case assessment to manage cases, as well as the best practices for building and maintaining a positive relationship between in-house and outside counsel.
