The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Interviews Partner Mark L. Austrian on New Sources of Relief from E-Discovery Burdens

Partner Mark L. Austrian participated in The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel interview titled New Sources of Relief from E-Discovery Burdens,” which appears in the December 2012 issue. Mr. Austrian discusses: why the cost of e-discovery is a major concern of in-house counsel, the Delaware Chancery Court’s decision in EORHB, Inc. v. HOA Holdings LLC, in which the Vice Chancellor required the parties to use predictive coding in their discovery process; and the impact of recent amendments to the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware’s Default Standard for Discovery, as well as additional e-discovery topics.
