Partner Mark L. Austrian participated in The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel interview titled ​“New Sources of Relief from E-Discovery Burdens,” which appears in the December 2012 issue. Mr. Austrian discusses: why the cost of e-discovery is a major concern of in-house counsel, the Delaware Chancery Court’s decision in EORHB, Inc. v.
