BTI’s The Mad Clientist blog congratulated Kelley Drye for holding a strong position on clients’ “short lists for hire.” In a post titled “Clients Keep Shrinking Their Law Firm Short Lists,” the blog notes that clients dropped 21.5% of the outside counsel they used in 2016. According to the BTI Brand Elite 2017, Kelley Drye is among the firms who “who lead the pack in claiming their place on client short lists.”
The BTI Brand Elite 2017 report contains the results of more than 600 interviews with corporate counsel and legal decision makers seeking feedback about the world’s most preeminent law firms.
