reported on the launch of Kelley Drye’s Corporate practice in Houston with the addition of partner Bryce Linsenmayer
. According to the article, Bryce said it’s a great opportunity for him to build a practice at a firm with a “great culture and great environment.” He expects to expand the Corporate group in Texas.
Bryce is a transactional securities lawyer whose practice is described as “not a typical energy-heavy practice.” Though Bryce has experience with oil and gas transactions he also has clients in industries including technology, biotech, biomedical, cybersecurity, computer, chemical science, health care, environmental and travel. Linsenmayer said he has also done work in London. He helped Frontera Resources Corp. go public in 2005 on the Alternative Investment Market in London. Frontera was the first Texas company to go public on the AIM.
