Partner Tom Cohen Quoted in National Law Journal Article ​“Broadband May Deliver for Firms”

Partner Tom Cohen was quoted in a National Law Journal article titled, ​“Broadband May Deliver for Firms: Stimulus Funds to Generate Legal Work.” The article discussed the $7.2 billion in the American Recovery Reinvestment Act of 2009 that will be allocated to the development of broadband infrastructure.

In the article, Mr. Cohen notes that Kelley Drye’s Telecommunications practice has been ​“working extensively on the broadband stimulus plan, hosting online seminars and traveling throughout the country to talk to clients.” The article also noted that Kelley Drye, ​“has been advocating for the bill since October and providing public comments to the NTIA and the RUS on behalf of various clients, including the Fiber-to-the-Home Council and XO Communications.”
