Partner David E. Frulla Quoted on Making Agencies Work For Small Businesses

In a Roll Call article titled Graves: Make Agencies Work For Small Businesses,” partner David E. Frulla was quoted. The article discussed the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA), which was created to ensure agencies tailored their regulations to the scope and scale of small businesses. Federal agencies are required to abide by all acts signed into Congress, but this has not been the case.

In a recent House Small Business Committee hearing, Mr. Frulla, provided insight as to why agencies ignore the RFA: “[A]gencies just don’t get it - they really don’t get and understand the impacts that their regulations have on small businesses and so they just proceed; others have their mission and they don’t care.”
