New York Law Journal Notes Partner W. Christian Drewes’ Representation of North Shore-LIJ Health Systems in St. Vincent Hospital Sale

The New York Law Journal reported on the proposed $260 million sale of buildings and land owned by St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers in Greenwich Village to the Rudin Management Company. The medical center filed for bankruptcy and the hospital closed in April 2010. On April 7, a Manhattan Bankruptcy Court will consider the transaction, which St. Vincent’s and its creditors have approved.
