Kelley Drye was featured in the Law360 article “Over A Dozen Firms Guided 2016’s Top Real Estate Deals.” The article stated, “Buyers and sellers looked to a variety of law firms…for help with the purchase, sale and financing of trophy properties in 2016. Among those, Kelley Drye & Warren LLP [was] particularly active.” One of the priciest real estate deals was AXA’s $1.94 billion sale of 787 Seventh Avenue that was guided by partners Robert D. Bickford Jr. and W. Christian Drewes. The buyer of the Manhattan skyscraper was California Public Employees’ Retirement System.
