He's been steering the commission to recognize where its rules may be hindering instead of helping and has been willing to make changes accordingly,” Steve noted. “We see this commission as being a lot more proactive than they have in the past, and I think that’s a good trend. We will probably see more because of the extent of the devastation,” he said.
