Law360 Quotes Partner Alan Luberda on the ITC’s Decision for Countervailing Duties on Tubing Duties from China and India
January 8, 2018
Partner Alan Luberda was quoted in the Law360 article “ITC Greenlights Duties On Chinese, Indian Tubing Imports.” The article discusses the U.S. International Trade Commission’s decision for countervailing duties on tubing from China and India. “The domestic industry is very pleased with the commission's unanimous affirmative determination of injury on subsidized imports of cold-drawn mechanical tubing from China and India,” Alan noted. “Relief from the injury caused by these unfairly traded imports has been needed for some time. Domestic producers are hopeful for a similar ruling on dumped imports from China, Germany, India, Italy, Korea and Switzerland in a few months.”

The U.S. producers that filed the petition are represented by Alan Luberda, Paul Rosenthal, Kathy Cannon and Brooke Ringel.
