Law360 Notes Partners David A. Hartquist and John M. Herrmann as Representation in Electrical Steel Imports Petition
November 20, 2013

Law360 reported in an article titled "Electrical Steel Imports May Harm US Cos., ITC Says"  that partners David A. Hartquist and John M. Herrmann are the representation for the petitioning domestic steel companies. The article discusses that the U.S. International Trade Commission found that unfairly low-priced imports of grain-oriented electrical steel from European and Asian countries may be harming U.S. steelmakers. Mr. Hartquist was also quoted in the article; he explained that now the focus of the case would turn to the Commerce Department, as he and Mr. Herrmann will be "working aggressively to prove the substantial anti-dumping and countervailing duty margins demonstrated in our petition."
