The Law360 article, "Kelley Drye Picks Up L.A. Office with Merger," reported that Kelley Drye & Warren merged with the L.A. litigation firm White O'Connor Fink & Brenner, underlining their reputation in media and entertainment law. The California office is called Kelley Drye / White O'Connor.
White O'Connor founding partner David E. Fink said the merger enhanced offerings to client, both in geography and breath of practice. "We thought it was a good match for us," Fink said. "They're a nonbureaucratic firm and they manage their finances well and they have a great reputation. It's a perfect fit."
Partner and firm chairman John M. Callagy was also quoted. He stated that with common culture and complementary legal expertise, the expansion promises to be seamless and to benefit all the firm's clients.
