Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group chair Eric Wilson, partner Jason Adams, and associate Maeghan McLoughlin were mentioned in the Law360 article, ​“Bankrupt RMH Still Tweaking Details Of Applebee’s Deal.” A week after court filings indicated that bankrupt Applebee’s restaurant franchisee RMH Franchise Holdings Inc. had reached a settlement agreement with the restaurant chain that could pave the way to a much smoother Delaware Chapter 11 confirmation process than anticipated, details are still being tweaked on the deal.

Jason Adams told the judge it may be ​“ambitious” to seek confirmation on Monday.

The parties had been negotiating the status of franchise agreements for the RMH restaurants that Applebee’s had asserted were terminated prior to RMH’s Chapter 11 filing in May.
