The article discussed the confirmation of the Chapter 11 plan after a Delaware judge overruled the objections of a proposed class of terminated employees who said the plan wasn’t feasible. Jason Adams spoke in opposition to the employees’ claims, saying there exists no basis for the claims and thus no basis for the objection. He said if the court were to give further consideration to the claim, the committee would like an accelerated schedule that requires the employees to file a motion seeking certification of a class as soon as possible.
