article “Startup Asks FCC To Make Rules For Internet Airships.” Elefante Group Inc., a startup focused on changing the way the world connects, filed a petition for rule-making to the FCC, stating that they have a design for airships that will be capable of delivering high-capacity, fast communication services that will be cheaper than anything currently on the ground. The company states this technology will allow use of “encumbered” spectrum bands and will help the FCC meet internet demands of the future.
