Commerce initiated a less-than-fair-value investigation last year following anti-dumping and countervailing duty petitions filed last March by DAK, M&G Chemicals and Nan Ya Plastics Corp. America. The petitioning companies are represented by Ms. Cannon, Mr. Rosenthal, Mr. Smith, Ms. Kim and Ms. Ringel.
