Partners Kathleen W. Cannon, Paul C. Rosenthal, special counsel David C. Smith, and senior associates Grace W. Kim and Brooke M. Ringel were listed in the Law360 article “Commerce Says Foreign Producers Dumped Plastic Resin.” The U.S. Department of Commerce on Monday announced affirmative final determinations in anti-dumping duty investigations of imports of a plastic resin from Canada, China, India and Oman that are commonly used to make soda and water bottles. Commerce initiated a less-than-fair-value investigation last year following anti-dumping and countervailing duty petitions filed last March by DAK, M&G Chemicals and Nan Ya Plastics Corp. America. The petitioning companies are represented by Ms. Cannon, Mr. Rosenthal, Mr. Smith, Ms. Kim and Ms. Ringel.
