Partner Steven. A. Augustino and associate Mindy B. Pava were mentioned in the Law360 article "DC Circ. Allows Intervention In FCC Autodialer Rule Suit." The D.C. Circuit granted requests of six organizations to intervene in a consolidated appeal challenging a Federal Communications Commission declaratory ruling that expanded the definition of a telemarketing autodialer. CASRO and MRA are represented by Mr. Augustino and Ms. Pava.
MRA is part of the A to Z Communications Coalition, which is run by Kelley Drye senior advisors Mark J. Anderson and Lee Terry. The coalition seeks to make legislative changes to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
