Partner Deron L. Green was listed in the Law360 article ​“McSam Pays Rockwood $153M For 2 Club Quarters Hotels.” According to the article, prominent real estate investor Sam Chang’s McSam Hotel Group LLC purchased a pair of Midtown Manhattan Club Quarters hotels from Rockwood Capital LLC for nearly $153 million. Aareal Capital Corp. provided roughly $11.3 million of new financing and assumed $100.5 million of existing financing at the properties. Aareal Capital Corp. is represented by Mr. Green.
