Kravitz, the liquidation trustee for a trust established by OCZ Technology Group Inc.‘s Chapter 11 plan, in the Law360 article ​“OCZ Judge Delays $7.5M Deal For Trustee To Probe Claims”. A bankruptcy judge has granted the request of the trustee to hold off allowing a $7.5 million settlement to go forward in order to permit a claims investigation.
