Ringel were mentioned in the Law360 article ITC Finds Plastic Resin From China, Others Harms US Industry.” The article outlines the preliminary determination by the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) in its investigation of plastic resin imports commonly used to make soda and water bottles, finding a reasonable indication that domestic producers are injured by imports from Canada, China, India and Oman. The ITC’s announcement follows anti-dumping and countervailing duty petitions filed in March by DAK Americas LLC, M&G Chemicals and Nan Ya Plastics Corp. America, which are represented by Kelley Drye’s International Trade team.
