Partners Kathleen Cannon, David Hartquist, John Herrmann and special counsel Grace Kim were mentioned as counsel to ArcelorMittal USA in the Law360 article “ITC Finds Chinese Steel Imports Damaging US Industry” regarding a March 3rd final determination by the U.S. International Trade Commission that the domestic steel industry is materially injured by imports of certain kinds of steel from China, which the U.S. Department of Commerce found to be subsidized and sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
