Partners Kathleen W. Cannon, Alan R. Luberda, and Paul C. Rosenthal were mentioned in the Law360 article “ITC Kicks Off Probe Into Corrosion-Resistant Steel.” The article covers the launching of a U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) investigation into imports of corrosion-resistant steel products from five Asian and European nations.
