Kelley Drye’s Efforts on Behalf of Guam Featured in Global Legal Chronicle

Global Legal Chronicle has featured an article that details the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation Liability Act (CERCLA) case brought on behalf of the Territory of Guam by Kelley Drye.

Guam retained Kelley Drye to bring an action against the United States to recover a portion of the costs of closing, remediating, and relocating the Ordot Dump. The case has made its way to the U.S. Supreme Court, where oral arguments in the case were recently heard. A decision is expected in June.
