Kelley Drye’s Paul Rosenthal Featured in Barron’s

Partner Paul Rosenthal was recently featured in a Barron’s article discussing the issue of Xinjiang forced labor as a growing concern surrounding the products of China’s solar producers. Most concerning to U.S. producers is the potential for Congressional import restrictions.

Rosenthal is quoted stating, ​“This is a tough issue, and it’s hard for people on this side of the ocean to really know what’s going on there, other than to know that there is forced labor and no one outside of China denies it.”
