Kelley Drye partner and chair of the Privacy and Security practice, Alysa Hutnik, was quoted in Digiday article on the boundaries of California’s new privacy law. The privacy law — which allows California residents to regulate companies’ ability to sell their personal information — has been ambiguous, so people have turned to the courts for clarity. ​“Plaintiffs are trying to pressure-test all possible avenues,” said Alysa Hutnik.
