Kelley Drye Partner Discusses the Creation of Business Courts in New Jersey

An issue of the New Jersey Lawyer quoted Partner Robert Haig regarding the establishment of business courts in New Jersey, citing his presentation to business and bar leaders at a ​“lobbying summit” for legislative approval of these courts. Bob is the Co-Chair of the Commercial Courts Task Force appointed by New York’s Chief Judge to create and refine the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court. Last year, The National Law Journal described Bob as ​“an advisor to 12 states and six countries when they considered establishing business courts.”
