Kelley Drye CIO Judi Flournoy was quoted in a recent Law.com article discussing how firms adapted to the coronavirus by quickly switching to a remote workforce.
Flournoy noted that the pandemic spurred usage of firms’ previously purchased software. “A lot of [the technology] we’re dealing with now, the changes were already in play. But what happened with COVID is it was a tipping point that moved things faster than we could have anticipated.”
