Partner John Foote was featured in a New York Times article discussing the rollout and effectiveness of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act. The law is set to go into effect in June in order to stop the supply chain of goods from offending companies in the Xinjiang region of China. “I believe there are hundreds, perhaps thousands, of companies that fit the categories” said Foote.
