International Trade Partner Discusses Antidumping Cases on CNN

Michael Coursey, a Partner in the International Trade Practice, appeared on CNN’s Lou Dobbs Tonight as part of a story on China’s unfair international trade practices, specifically in the exportation of steel pipes, canned mushrooms, honey, and garlic to the United States. Mr. Coursey commented that the vast majority of antidumping duties go uncollected by the U.S. government and that Chinese exporters are perpetrating trade fraud on a massive scale.
