Intellectual Property Today Reports on Kelley Drye Victory in Advanced Duplication Services Trade Secrets Case

Intellectual Property Today published an article noting that in one of the largest recent awards in a trade secrets case in Minnesota, Kelley Drye partner Robert Steiner epresented Advance Duplication Services and obtained a judgment of more than $30 million. The lawsuit was filed against a former employee who had electronically copied proprietary information and used that information to further the business of his new company.
