Dudzik has joined Kelley Drye’s Chicago office as special counsel in the intellectual property and technology litigation group in the article “New Special Counsel at Kelley Drye.” The article mentions that Ms. Dudzik arrived from Edwards Wildman Palmer where she served as partner, having previously held positions at Howrey and at Marshall Gerstein & Bourn. She specializes in life sciences patent litigation including Hatch-Waxman actions. She has litigated patents relating to pharmaceuticals, recombinant DNA, protein purification, immunology, diagnostics, agricultural chemicals, microencapsulation, surfactants and electrochemical processes. Ms. Dudzik also provides patent licensing advice and other IP counselling for clients from the pharmaceutical and chemical industries among others.
