IPPro Highlights Growth of Kelley Drye’s Intellectual Property Practice with Hiring of Partners John F. Ward and Michael J. Zinna

The growth of Kelley Drye’s intellectual property practice was featured in the IPPro article “Kelley Drye expands IP office with duo.” Partners John F. Ward and Michael J. Zinna join the firm’s New York and Parsippany offices from intellectual property boutique Ward & Zinna, which they co-founded.  With more than 30 years of experience in intellectual property, Mr. Ward has litigated copyright, patent, trademark and unfair competition cases at both trial and appellate levels. Mr. Zinna’s practice encompasses all facets of IP with a focus on patent and trademark litigation, procurement, clearance and licensing. “John and Michael will strengthen Kelley Drye’s patent and trademark litigation bench and enhance the depth of intellectual property services we offer clients,” said firm managing partner Lew Rose.

Mr. Ward and Mr. Zinna also brought senior associate David G. Lindenbaum from their firm to Kelley Drye.
